1. About these terms

These terms cover the Slpy app (“Baby Sleep Coach - Slpy”) and this website, provided by Metin Arslantürk. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to Slpy. These terms describe the product and subscription conditions and do not replace that license or limit mandatory consumer rights. Questions? Contact contact@apps.arslanturk.dev.

2. What Slpy provides

Slpy is a baby sleep coaching app for parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers from 0 to 4 years. Based on your answers, Slpy’s customized AI creates a personalized 14-night sleep plan and offers an AI sleep coach chat, daily morning check-ins, weekly sleep reports, sleep tracking, soothing sounds, sleep guides and reminders. Slpy does not require an account. It is made for iPhone; availability may vary by device, iOS version and App Store territory.

3. Not medical advice

Slpy’s plans, guides, check-ins and coach answers are general educational information, shown with research references where relevant. Slpy is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. It is not a substitute for advice from your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare professional. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your child’s sleep or feeding if your child was born prematurely, has a health condition, is not gaining weight as expected, or if you have any concern.

Always follow safe-sleep practices: place your baby on their back to sleep, on a firm, flat surface in their own sleep space, with no pillows, bumpers, loose bedding or soft objects, in line with your pediatrician’s guidance. If your child is unwell, has trouble breathing, is unresponsive, or you think it may be an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not wait for a response from the app or from support.

4. AI-generated content

Slpy uses AI to generate plans and answers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or not suitable for your child’s situation. Use your own judgment, and don’t rely on Slpy for decisions about your child’s health or safety. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the guidance. You agree not to misuse the AI features, for example by attempting to extract other users’ data, overload the service, or use it for purposes unrelated to child sleep.

5. Free use and Slpy Premium

Slpy is free to download and includes 2 free AI sessions, plus nights 1–3 of your sleep plan. Slpy Premium unlocks the full 14-night plan, unlimited AI sleep coach, daily check-ins and weekly AI sleep reports.

• Auto-renewing subscription: Slpy Premium is an auto-renewable yearly subscription. The price in the US is $7.90 per year; prices in other countries vary, and the app shows the actual price in your local currency before you purchase.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for another year at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancel anytime: manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Restore: use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple Account to restore Premium on a reinstalled app or new iPhone.

An internet connection is needed for AI features and to buy, validate or restore Premium. Premium may be revoked if a payment is refunded or reversed.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Apple processes payments and refund requests. You can request an eligible refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory guarantees, withdrawal rights or other consumer protections that apply in your country.

7. Your data

Your baby profile, plan, sleep logs and chats are stored on your device. When you use AI features, the information needed for the request is processed as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time with “Delete account & data” in Slpy’s Settings. There is no cloud backup of your Slpy data, so deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove it.

8. Changes, availability and liability

We may improve, change or discontinue features and address technical, legal or safety issues. We do not promise that Slpy will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any sleep outcome will be achieved; every child is different. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will give notice of material changes to these terms where required.
